This is a three (3) color mum that offers the following:

1. Three colors that you choose (most often 2 school colors and one neutral color)

2. One medium size flower (neutral colored)

3. One name ribbon with standard font (i.e. Alexandria, Jessica, etc) 

4. One team ribbon with standard font (i.e. Bulldogs, Falcons, etc)

5. One additional theme of your choosing (i.e. Cheerleading, Volleyball, Horseback Riding, etc)

Due to the nature of handcrafting a personalized item for a seasonal event, we unfortunately do not accept returns.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unforseen scheduling conflicts

• Cancellation of event

• Failure to pick up mum or receive delivery

In the rare instance that a mum cannot be completed by the deadline due to unforseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be given. 

Mums can be delivered within 20 miles of our address for an additional $10 delivery fee. 

Mums can be picked up from our address Monday - Friday from        8am to 5pm. Weekend pick up times must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 

Mums by Victoria guarantees delivery of your mum 48 hours before the event at the latest, unless stated otherwise. 

We unfortunately do not offer shipping right now, but we hope to expand our services very soon!
